Refund policy

Refunds , Returns , and Cancellations 

Due to the nature of our products, we Do Not provide refunds or accept returns on any of our items(All sales are final) for any reason, including delays in shipping, backorders, ect once an order had been processed ... Should there be an error on our part, we will do our best to make it right.

Exchanges- Unless it is our fault, we do not provide refunds and/or exchanges on any of our items or services.

Missing Item - Should you receive a package that is missing an item or items, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at infonatureiski@gmail.com to receive the missing item within a week. An image of the incorrect item as well as an image of the invoice and an image of your entire package must be sent to the email address provided.  It is not possible to send a replacement item if a photo or invoice is not provided. ( Be honest.. your ancestors are watching... lol .. but no for real)   

Incorrect Item - For an incorrect item, we want to do our best to make it right. Should you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at infonatureiski@gmail.com to receive your correct order within a week unless you request a refund (since this would be our fault). An image of the incorrect item as well as an image of the invoice and an image of your entire package must be sent to the email address provided.  It is not possible to send a replacement item if a photo or invoice is not provided. (Again be honest.. your ancestors are watching.)

AFTER THE EIGHTH-DAY TIMEFRAME, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE ANY MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS.

If an item is broken, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item as we will need to document the situation.  Alternatively, you may file a claim with the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. 

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If a package is shipped correctly by us (Nature Is Ki) and it is lost or stolen, the shipper is not responsible. Whatever address you PROVIDE us, that is the address we use. It is necessary for you to submit a claim to the United States Postal Service online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. . It may take up to two weeks for the claim to be processed. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
