Shipping policy

Please allow 48 to 72 hours for orders to be prepared for shipment.

All small orders have a flate shipping rate of $10 (except for Heavy Orders as described below).

For orders over $75, shipping and handling is FREE!!!

  

Please be aware that if you order very heavy items, such as the large sizes (i.e. 2 or 5 lb) then additional fees may apply.  

Currently we do not offer international shipping but that is something we plan to offer in the near future. 

Here at Nature Is Ki, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. The easiest, most efficient way to contact us concerning any issues with your order is via e-mail to infonatureiski@gmail.com. Please include your name, daytime phone number, and order number. You can expect a reply from us within a 24-hour time frame (This does not include weekends). 

We can also be reached via Facebook messenger @Nature Is Ki. We are available Monday through Thursday from 12 pm to 6pm and Friday from 12pm to 8pm (Central Standard Time) 

Since our orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours, if you would like to make changes to your order, please email or message us via Facebook messenger between 6 am and 10am CST (Monday through Friday) the day you place your order, otherwise your order may have been processed and shipped already, and you will have to place another order. We do not fulfill orders on the weekend; therefore, we may be unable to access your order. We also welcome e-mails at infonatureiski@gmail.com
