This tea may: Contribute to your health, help maintain healthy skin and nails, help to boost your body’s immune system, boost your energy, Level out your mood, and aid in pregnancy
Two ingredients that are included in this package are: Raspberry and Oatstraw.
Directions: You will need a tea bag or a strainer.
For Adults: Add one teaspoon of your herbs to your jar or tea bag. Add 8 oz of boiling water over your herbs. Allow your herbs to steep for 10 minutes. Allow your tea to cool until it is room temperature for best results. Drinking teas while hot or cold may cause you to have a headache.
For Children:(Ages 8 & up) 1/2 teaspoon of herbs with 8oz of water
