Red Raspberry leaf contains vitamins A, C, and E, as well as calcium, iron, and potassium. It is known to regulate the menstrual cycle, ease cramping, tone the uterus, reduce inflammation, and rid bacteria.
Vitex Berry also known as Chaste Tree Berry is known for its ability to balance the hormones and regulate the cycle. Vitex increases progesterone levels and balance your estrogen levels which is good for someone with PCOS. If the progesterone levels are too low after ovulation‚ a fertilized egg is less likely to implant successfully.
Directions: Take 2 to 3 capsules daily (Always start with 1 capsule and gradually increase)
