Nature Is Ki ~ Gut Health Tea ~ is designed to provide a variety of digestive benefits. This tea is ideal for those who are looking to clean and strengthen the gut. This package May help those who are experiencing indigestion, constipation, bloating, gas, inflammation, and a leaky gut. Your gut is your 1st brain! What you put in your body reflects with your overall health.
Two ingredients that are included in this package are: Ginger and Dandelion
**** It is recommended that you Do Not consume while pregnant and/or nursing. ****
Directions: You will need a tea bag or a strainer.
For adults: Add one teaspoon of your herbs to your jar or tea bag. Add 8 oz of boiling water over your herbs. Allow your herbs to steep for 10 minutes. Allow your tea to cool until it is room temperature for best results. Drinking teas while hot or cold may cause you to have a headache.
For children 8 & Older ONLY: Follow the above steps. However, use 1 teaspoon of herbs to 8 oz of water
