Nature Is Ki ~ Iron Luv~ Tea is designed to restore and replenish low iron levels in the body. 

This special blend may help: 
- Maintain/ regenerate red blood cells
- Support energy utilization
- Promote healthy hair, skin, and nails
- Maintain healthy circulation
- Help keep the body oxygenated

Two ingredients that are included in this package are: Dandelion and Burdock.

Directions: You will need a tea bag or a strainer.

For adults: Add one teaspoon of your herbs to your jar or tea bag. Add 8 oz of boiling water over your herbs. Allow your herbs to steep for 10 minutes. Allow your tea to cool until it is room temperature for best results.  Drinking teas while hot or cold may cause you to have a headache.  

For kids: Follow the same instructions as above but instead use 1/2 teaspoon of herbs.
